There are many fine hotels in Tel-Aviv - large and small - modest to expensive - and many of them are on the web or in travel books. Room availability and prices would depend on season and the number of tourists in Israel.
Many Hotels, B&B, Kibbutz accommodations will give you a discount as a Sar-El volunteer - ask!
